Job Description:

As Senior Marketing Communications & PR, you will be a strong force to use your communications and PR skills to make MONIX become the best friend to our beloved customers and solve the problems for them with use of creativity and data. You will work closely with internal and external teams to producing communications assets to support branding and marketing activities, both offline and online channels.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead all PR & corporate communications strategy and execution both internal and external to maintain and promote a positive image of MONIX
• In charge of media relations engagement, providing media briefing and briefing documents for company’s executive and spokespeople
• Manage and execute effective corporate literature and strategic communication through proposals, press releases, media relations content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content, reports, whitepapers, or other media forms
• Devise and implement company investor relations (IR) and corporate sustainability Responsibility (CSR) strategy and activities
• Foster strong relationships with local and regional media and press via connections at events and forums
• Work closely with senior executives to develop powerful narratives that capture and promote MONIX’s growing business, visions, mission, and unique culture
• Track and measure engagement across various platforms and make data driven decisions for future campaigns
• Lead crisis communications and issue management with related team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree or higher in public relations, marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
• Extensive 5-7 years of experience in public relations, marketing communications preferably with relevant experience in Internet and application fields from PR agency or banking, FinTech, e-commerce or FMCG industries
• Established media relations, especially in the business field is preferable
• Passionate about startups, technology, and financial sectors
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Thai and English
• Impeccable copywriting and copy editing abilities, good taste in arts, able to collaborate with designers and agencies to produce quality work
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
