Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Take charge both product owner and quality assurance tasks
- Manage and get hands-on on the extensive whole product life cycle and development; from ideation, design, implementation, testing to launching
- Create user stories as product requirement including prototype and flow charts to easily communicate with BAs, developers, testers
- Monitor/ observe the feedback loop from customer or related stakeholders
- Conduct customer research for customer insights that would be beneficial to the company’s products
- Test various products of the company as well as create and organize test cases and test plans, including mobile application and our internal systems
- Be able to independently execute the small or medium-sized test work, follow-up and report test plan and defect, ensure test quality and go online smoothly
- Collaborate closely with offshore test engineer and developers and product team to deliver the product quality and on-time commitment
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,Economics, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or any related fields
- Minimum 1 year of work experiencerelated to create user story and requirement or test case design
- Excellent experience in mobileapplication testing
- Good understanding of userexperience, product operation
- You are empathetic to solve andserve customers’ needs
- You are on fire, self-driven; youdo what you think is right for you
- Can withstand strong work pressure,strong organizational and coordination skills, and strong teamwork.
- Good focus, priority, and time management, detail-oriented
- Fluent communication skills in English and Thai
