Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making sure that systems and services are seamlessly delivered on time.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties on system development projects from design, development, testing, deployment, to after production monitoring and improvement.
• Prepare regular report of project status tracking, risk issues, and action plans and well communicate to stakeholders.
• Arrange regular meeting for project progress and performance tracking both pre and post production launch.
• Act as a focal point of contact for customer in E2E process and effectively liaise with resolution parties for problem/ incident solving.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering or related fields
• At least 2 years experience in IT project delivery or project management support
• Experience with IT consultancy company is preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style.
• Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture.
• Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning.
• Proactive with can-do-attitude
